About Nivedita Mishra
I am passionate about making a positive impact, both in people's lives and in the growth of the companies I partner with. For me, creating value and leaving a lasting impression is not just part of my work, it's part of who I am.
Born and raised in India, I have spent half my life abroad and had the privilege of working across India, Canada, and Denmark. These experiences have shaped my global perspective, deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity, and strengthened my expertise in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
With more than 12 years in Talent Acquisition, I have led over 3,000 hires across the globe, especially in India, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, and the USA. I have partnered with companies at every stage (founding teams, scale-ups, and global enterprises), working with brands like Vivino, Neurons, Onomondo, Curity, Viebke & West, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, GE Healthcare, SAS, Media.Net, Glance, Netcore, Inmobi, OYO, JoistApp, and Mosaic. This journey has given me both the reach and the insight to connect the right talent with the right opportunities.
The Story Behind Moonbeam
In 2024, my life changed completely. I lost my mother, my greatest source of strength and guidance, and in the very same month, I lost my job at Vivino due to restructuring. Out of that moment of loss and uncertainty, Moonbeam Talent Solutions was born.
The name Moonbeam comes from my mother's Indian name, Jyotsna, which means moonlight. Guided by her values of resilience, honesty, and respect, Moonbeam is both her legacy and my purpose. It symbolizes light, trust, and growth: the principles at the heart of everything I do.
Every project I sign and every client I take on, whether it's recruitment or career consulting, if it's a 100,000 DKK engagement or a 100 DKK session, it's deeply personal and not just business. It's about creating impact, building trust, and shaping careers and teams with integrity and care.
